RENOWIKI Slovenia

Day of sustainable construction is an awareness raising initiative started by Green Building Council Slovenia in 2015. Its scope is promotion of sustainable construction in Slovenian regions. At one day long promotional events it gathers local suppliers of sustainable products with the members of Green Building Council Slovenia, presenting their sustainable solutions or cases of good practice.

Energy Advisory Network (ENSVET) provides free, independent and individual advice as well as educational and awareness-raising activities about energy efficiency and renewable energy to Slovenian households in their local environment.
More than 80 qualified energy advisors operate in 49 different offices across Slovenia. Their advice which is free of charge to households helps potential investors to select, plan and carry out energy efficiency and renewable energy investments in residential buildings.
ENSVET is financed and coordinated by Eco Fund, Slovenian Environmental Public Fund.

The Spendless Energy (SLE) project is know-how of the company Informa Echo and includes 3 key stakeholders: consumers, providers and the State.

Spendless Energy Advisor as a key product is free of charge for consumers and enable practical advices in addition of renovating buildings, provides informations on energy use and professional calculations on savings in: heating, air conditioning, electrical equipment and cars, replacing of energy source or provider, improving insulation, replacing windows, replacing electric appliances for more efficient models… The reduce of energy costs that is provided by the SLE Advisor enables reducing social endangerment of many consumers.
